My little food monster is teething and wasn’t feeling good so wasn’t able to post Day 4 yesterday.

Anyhow! This is as easy as Day 1 green smoothie. Strawberry Banana. The only difference is, there’s no Mango in this one.

2 cups spinach
2 cups water
1.5 cups Strawberry
1 banana
Optional, 1teaspoon ground flaxseed

Tip: if you do add ground flaxseed be sure to blend it first with the spinach and water.

Blend spinach and water together until smoother. Next, add your fruits and blend again.

Sidenote, I prefer to use ground flaxseed vs flaxseed oil. But I do use both Depending on the smoothie combination.
