I’ve been having a bit of writer block due to LIFE. So Today I’ll be posting the last 7 days of green smoothies I missed.
Day 5
Berry Kale!
Berries are loaded with antioxidants and they’re high in fiber. They also have very strong anti-inflammatory properties so needless to say you should definitely up you’re berry intake.
2 cups Kale
2 cups water
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup blackberries
Blend Kale and water together until smooth. Next, add your fruits and blend again.
For this recipe I used frozen fruits .
Reminder always chop your Kale before blending.
