Something lite and refreshing. I call this my Minty Fresh green smoothie. Creating something that not alone taste good but has many health benefits can be challenging sometimes.  So here’s day 6

Did you know mint is a good source of vitamin A? And of course antioxidants and can help decrease breastfeeding pain.

Mint have many health benefits including fighting bad breath.

Anyhow, I added mint to this recipe and I loved it. Hope you do too.

2 cups Kale
2 cups water
2 cups pineapple
1 cup mint leaf
1 banana
2 tbsp lemon juice

Tip: finely chop Kale to make it blend better.

Blend water, Kale and lemon juice together.
Next, add mint leaf and blend again.
Lastly, add fruits and blend again
