Turning Grief Into Purpose
One year ago, I made a decision that changed me. In the midst of grief, I found myself searching for a way to channel the pain, to hold on to love, and to create something that would outlast the moment of loss. What grew out of that season is a new business venture — one that carries both my heart and my vision for helping others.
I’m not quite ready to share all the details just yet, but I can tell you this: the mission behind it is rooted in healing, truth, and service. Every step I’ve taken over the past year has been about making sure this project reflects the values I live by — compassion, authenticity, and resilience.
Grief can either consume us or transform us. For me, it became a turning point. Instead of allowing it to close me off, I chose to open up — to dream, to build, and to create something that could give meaning to what felt unbearable. This journey has reminded me that purpose often comes from the hardest places, and that even in darkness, there is a chance to find light.
As I put the final pieces in place, I carry with me the reminder that we are never defined only by what we’ve lost, but also by what we choose to create from that loss.
I look forward to sharing more when the time is right. Until then, I hope my story reminds you that even in your own seasons of struggle, there is space to grow, to rebuild, and to turn pain into purpose.
With love, Tru
