Digital Products
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- E books
- Workbooks
- Templates
- Checklists
- Guides
- Printable products
- Digital planners
- PDFs
- Downloadable resources
Once a digital product has been purchased or accessed, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided.

Physical Products
If you purchase a physical product from Trudean Haye Company and your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable
Eligible items may be replaced, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion.
Returns
Unless otherwise stated, physical products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging before a refund or exchange can be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders for physical products may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.
Digital product orders cannot be canceled after purchase.
Non Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds unless required by law:

- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
