I enjoy creating all these green smoothie recipes. After many experiments and combining many different fruits with leafy greens I’ve come to realize some fruits do not blend well with certain leafy greens.

I find that spinach is easier to blend and mix with any fruits. Here’s my latest.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Spinach

2 Cups Water

1 Large Orange, peeled

1 Cup strawberries

1 Banana

Chia seeds, optional

Tip: You can use orange juice instead of water which will also substitute for the large orange as well.

Use frozen fruits or pre-cut your fruits to freeze them to make your smoothies cool.

Direction:

Blend spinach and liquid base together. Next add orange and blend again. Add the remaining fruits and blend together.

Add chia seeds after.
