About Me
For over a decade, I’ve worked in marketing, brand strategy, and public relations, guiding entrepreneurs to build authentic brands that reflect their core values and mission. Through one-on-one collaboration, I help my clients create strong foundations for their businesses, ensuring they’re equipped to thrive in their industries.
But my work doesn’t stop there. Giving back to the community is a cornerstone of my purpose. I’m the founder of ITAVFoundation, It Takes A Village, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering inner-city communities in Philadelphia and Jamaica. Through programs that support maternal health, mental wellness, and education, we’re nurturing hope and opportunities for those who need it most.
I also serve as the Executive Director of the Byrd Cancer Education & Advocacy Foundation, where I advocate for equitable cancer care, and as Vice President of the Ricky Codio Foundation, promoting community engagement through the arts.
Trudean Haye isn’t just a name—it’s a promise to inspire, uplift, and support dreamers and doers. Whether through my blog, “Life is a Journey,” my consulting services, or my philanthropic efforts, my mission is to merge creativity with purpose and create lasting change.

My Latest Downloadable Guide
FINALLY! IT’S HERE
I’ve written so many books, but I’ve been sitting on most of them. I never imagined that an entrepreneurship guide would be my first published one, but I go with the wind! This guide came about after noticing how many entrepreneurs, especially creatives, struggle with truly understanding their brand. During my 1-on-1 consultations, my goal is to help them either rebuild or lay the foundation for their brand. This workbook is a simpler version of my usual process, and I hope it helps anyone who reads it build a stronger, more confident brand.
