Writing down recipes has always been a struggle for me. For me, cooking is therapeutic and freeing. So, whenever someone asks me for my recipe I always have a hard time giving it to them because I don't write them down or measure out anything. 

But I am slowly but surely working on it. 

Last year due to covid, I was able to rebrand my catering business “Fine Arts Catering” which is now Tru Foodie. It gave me the opportunity to provide a more private/intimate catering service, offered weekend menu plans and personal chef services. 

But my most favorite part about cooking now is making Phoenix yummy recipes he loves so much. 

That’s why I call him “Tru Baby Foodie”
