Trudean Haye is an entrepreneur, Creative Director, speaker, author, and community advocate dedicated to helping people turn ideas into meaningful impact. Through storytelling, strategic branding, and community engagement, she empowers entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, and purpose driven leaders to build brands that are authentic, sustainable and designed to create lasting impact

As the Founder and CEO of Trudean Haye Company, Trudean works with businesses, startups, and nonprofit organizations to develop thoughtful brands, strengthen their communications, and bring ambitious ideas to life. Her work combines creativity with strategy, helping clients establish strong foundations while remaining true to their mission and values.

Beyond her consulting work, Trudean is the Founder and CEO of ITAVFoundation (It Takes A Village), a nonprofit organization committed to supporting underserved communities through education, maternal wellness, family resources, and community initiatives. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Byrd Cancer Education & Advocacy Foundation, where she leads efforts to improve access to trusted cancer education, patient navigation, advocacy, and equitable health resources.

A passionate storyteller at heart, Trudean is also the voice behind Life is a Journey, where she shares reflections on entrepreneurship, motherhood, creativity, personal growth, and the experiences that continue to shape her life and work.
